We stop in for brunch/lunch anytime we’re in Vernon. They are a vegan restaurant with vegetarian inclusions and they know how to bake and cook!

Got to sit in the perfect little window seat and enjoy a massive jackfruit topped taco salad, it was awesome! My bffl had the soup of the day (creamy broccoli)...

Will visit anytime I'm in the area. The best breaky sandwich I've ever had. Unreal baked goods that are all vegan! So many options and super friendly staff.

"Unfortunately this place wasn't good. I had the build your own bowl. Veggies just thrown in, turkey was super dry, cold and I barely ate any of it. Staff were friendly but the quality of the food was terrible. I won't go back."

"Travelling in BC for work is sometimes interrupted with incredible food and extremely friendly service. That was our experience in Lumby. First timers in Lumby, we didn't know the town, the welcoming sign, flowers and big bright windows caught our eyes. The aroma and display of home cooked fresh goodies dragged us inside Jitter Beans . We were not disappointed. Wonderful breakfast quiche/muffins and excellent coffee. What more could you ask for."

"We stopped for breakfast on our way back to Kamloops. Nice people and very busy. Breakfast was excellent with slices of sweet potato and yam toasted breads. Next time I'll try one of their signature Phillipino lunch dishes."

"We entered for lunch on a whim and were not disappointed with the food. Excellent presentation: nice bowls, serving plates and cutlery. The food seems high-end though the establishment’s decor is nothing to write home about. They were short staffed when we went and service...was slow but the servers (and owner more than made up for it by being attentive and seemed to really care about our experience. Pleasant surprise in downtown Vernon"

"Wanted to have a nice meal with my cousin before he leaves for Europe for 4 months. We parked and walked up 3rd Street and popped in to give this place a try. The staff was pleasant and helpful when ordering. There were options for me and my vegetarian cousin. We both enjoyed our meals. He said his veggie curry had lots of flavor. My noodle soup was hot and the add ins were fresh!The small soup was too much, I left a third of it there. We will be back"

"As someone who has traveled extensively throughout Italy, I have tried 12 different pizza parlours in Vernon and this has by far the closest to an Italian tasting pizza. I like the plethora of vegetarian options. Italian style pizzas focus all on cheese, crust, and only a topping or two. Little Italy definitely hits the mark on the nose.Amythyst is a very pleasant cashier working behind the counter and definitely enhanced the overall experience.Highly recommend. I had no idea this place existed despite living here for 20+ years."
