"Our meal in this young establishment was up to its reputation; modern and precise cuisine, well structured dishes and well-marked tastes. There is some sensitivity in the preparation of the preparations that make each dish a discovery and a guided trip ... the staff is pleasant, the setting and the frame are also. Good choice of wines. To be discovered without hesitation."

"We are not Tours, but we take advantage of all the passages of this city to stop taking a great meal to take away. Sushi are very excellent, always warm, reasonable prices. We love it."

"The food was exceptional one of the best meals on the Loire Valley. The restaurant is positioned in a non-tourist area away from the crowds in a lovely small village. The maitre d’ spoke perfect English and very helpful along with all the staff. The food was on the rustic side, and not too fussy as most restaurants we visited."

"A fantastic experience tonight. Located just off the tourist square but was not touristy. Staff were welcoming, lovely and spoke great English. Not a negative at all but there was only 2 staff serving and although they were excellent we felt that a 3rd would have been beneficial. Menu also given in English which was helpful. Please Note: we do not expect English to be spoken! We are happy to work it out and speak our limited school French! Food was amazing, prawn starter followed by scallops for my wife was a huge hit. My Fois Gras was great and the veal with risotto and eel was amazing. Desserts were a work of art also, beautifully presented and tasted wonderful. €36 for 3 courses is amazing value for the food had. Wine list was excellent with a mix of local and non local wine. They suggested a red for me which was excellent. A wonderful evening and would thoroughly recommend"
