"Very rude with customer service. Stood at the front desk for 5 minutes without acknowledgment.Once acknowledged, I was told it’ll be a few minutes.I stated well it’s been 5 minutes already.I was instructed to go get food elsewhere.The food is ok but I’ll never return due to the disrespect."

"I had the chicken and waffles with a side of bacon and home fries. Coffee and water to drink. It was very tasty. Great service and was seated right when I arrived even though they appeared busy. They also had these little miniature banana nut muffins that they gave out as a complimentary appetizer. Would definitely go back!"

"I was taken here for my birthday and loved it. It was extremely busy, but we were seated right away. It took about an hour before we received our food, but it was expected as it’s peak season and wasn’t a problem. The restaurant was decked out in Halloween decorations, which is actually the main reason why my family took me here. I really enjoyed it. The atmosphere and location of the restaurant in general. You are literally sitting right on the water. Our food was delicious and probably some of the most tender scallops I’ve ever had. And the staff was very friendly and attentive. I will be back for the Christmas display. I highly recommend this restaurant and making reservations in advance."

"I really enjoyed this meal at Vero Prime! I hadn?t been there in years, since they were at their old location. The inside is beautiful and feels like a proper upscale steakhouse. The menu is interesting, including some salads that I want to go back and try! Mt friend had the beef Wellington special (pictured) perfectly cooked medium rare. I had a special of beef short ribs and tortellini. The service was attentive without being pushy. We were too full for desert, and even took some leftovers home! I will return for sure!"

"We wanted to sit outside overlooking the ocean but it was so windy we ate indoors. I was disappointed. The restaurant changed their tables and chairs which I didn’t like, they are too plain and uncomfortable. I do like the restaurants dark wood and decor however and the bar. I have had better meals here. I had short ribs, i like mine better. The mash potatoes and carrots with the meal was delicious. The rest (3) in our group liked their meals. I still love this place, especially outdoors."

"Absolutely amazing. Food was top notch, service was just as equal. We came over while on a business trip to Orlando, and while I griped about the road trip, The Tides was worth the trip 10x over. Can't believe how amazing the service and equally as good as the food. We had the scallops and calamari as an appetizer. The calamari was good, but the scallops were amazing and I'm from the New England area. Paired with a sweet tomato sauce and polenta, they were some of the best I've ever had. The salad was amazing with excellent goat cheese. Then the ahi tuna was awesome with the butter sauce and perfectly cooked carrots. My colleague had the pork chop which was excellent, too. We then had dessert and lattes. I'd give this place and the service 10 stars. I travel for work in sales and get to try a lot of places with customers. This place is one of the best I've experienced coast to coast in over 8 years. Don't question this place, just do it."

"If they are looking for a place on the water in vero beach, that is! all in our party have brought their dinner. great casual atmosphere. ideal for drinks and live music, but also family-friendly. view of the water and the bridge are quite cool. the hotel is located about 15 south of disneys vero beach resort. ig: @orlandoparksguycheck out the cat fish that hang out in the water. they love French pommes."
