"The Evangelist The Evangelist welcomes us hungry, on an unlikely time, on a festive day and in less than two minutes we have our table. At the entrance we almost thought we had wrong entrance kitchen, exposed wines, Gianelli coffee machine there, almost as if I could use it I take away every doubt, the entrance was correct and for us was immediately synonymous with transparency. The young chef, but in his dishes the history and experience of those who have spent a life in the kitchen. The chief room could not be more friendly and kind person. That I never come again to say that in the North of Italy they do not know what hospitality is, because there is no more hospitable person of the Head Hall of the Restaurant the Evangelist. Last but not for importance, and my favorite since I am a lover of good wine what I think was the sommelier. Pacata, kind and prepared person who offered us a great Rosso Veronese “Palazzo della Torre”, wine of which we fell in love. I also take the opportunity to greet the very nice waiter who immediately noticed my husband’s dazzling smile. For prices I'm not the right person, I'm almost never writing about it. But if what you read inspired you know where to go. A dear greeting Maila and Francesco from Turin to Verona."

"As always; fantastic pizza. Just like the pizzas from here as the original restaurant. FOOD: Fantastic. Take all kinds and they were all great. Crunchy, soft, chewing,,,,,,,, everything was great and approved by five children. PREIS: They are above average (no $5 Margherita Pizza). But for me, they're worth the money. SERVICE: Great service. Spoke English good and very friendly. LOCATION: It is not easy, but feasible with Google Map. About 5min from the balcony of Julia. Fantastic, I'm back."

"We have had lunch here twice in our stay in Verona so far. We have eaten here in the evening on a previous trip. If you enjoy fish, this is the place to go. Beautifully prepared and presented. The staff are welcoming and attentive. Certainly a favourite away from the crowds."
