What Matt I doesn't like about Auntie Anne's:
The three ladies working there were in the front of the store just playing on their phones and talking to a friend when I arrived. It took 5 minutes for them to acknowledge me standing in front of the register. The cup of pretzel bites I receivedhad clearly been sitting under the heat lamp for hours. Tell us there would be 15 minutes for Brezel dogs and 20 minutes later they gave us burned. When we complained about it, they at least refunded us.
I love Aunt Anne's, but when I went to this place, they weren't open and the people who worked in this place said nobody worked there.
