What Melyna Botsford doesn't like about Auntie Anne's:
The three ladies working there were in the front of the store just playing on their phones and talking to a friend when I arrived. It took 5 minutes for them to acknowledge me standing in front of the register. The cup of pretzel bites I received had clearly been sitting under the heat lamp for hours. I love Aunt Anne's, but when I went to this place, they weren't open and the people who worked in this place said nobody worked there.
