That's one of my favorites. They make a BBQ pulled pig taco that is amazing. The pig is delicately juicy and tasteful, the hover is very fresh and adds every bite big texture, and the guacamole top sealed the deal. It's the best taco I've ever eaten. I look forward to food truck events wherever the Gauc Spot serves and is thrilled to hear that they will soon open a restaurant. I hope it's with me!
