we visited the palace on the last day of May and stopped here for lunch after visiting the castle, before walking in the gardens. It is a beautiful place nestled in the trees right next to the gardens. There was no waiting to come in and the staff couldn't have been nicer. our server spoke 4 languages and was very nice and convenient and very responsive to everything we needed. My friends and I were looking for somewhere to take a seat in the shade for drinks and a small (expensive) bite. Before we told the server what we wanted to drink, he told us we were not allowed to sit unless we ate as...well. So, we ordered a crepe to share and let the server know.
