Nice dining at a good location in Versailles. There are many nice restaurants in Versailles, some a bit more casual others like La Veranda are a bit more premium. This comes very much due to being part of the Waldorf Astoria and hence a demanding clientele. But La Veranda does not dissapoint, it delivers a small high class menu. My husband had booked by moving on to ask for a precise table, we had not had to ask for a change, no one for a locker room, yet there are staff, maybe a little too sure a hierarchy question, people are there to watch!! fortunately that roland is there, with his left arm under ate to save all this!! A great place A very available and friendly service View of Versailles Park
Excellent service but the chosen dish was not suitable for my tastes. If I go back, I'll try something else on the map.
Wedding anniversary dinner. Warm atmosphere. Excellent cuisine. Courtesy and smile are a plus in this beautiful setting. Maybe a little expensive!
Very good cuisine, however, the service is unfortunately not at the height of the establishment. The entries were served even before the aperitif we ordered first. Entrance, aperitif, dish, dessert and coffee served in 1 hour. This is the first time that we don’t even have the time to properly enjoy our meal and this beautiful setting. Another small disappointment, for an addition of more than 200 € to two (no alcohol), we are not even entitled to a snack with the aperitif “ah si, l’entrée”.
A moment not to forget, with family, during a birthday lunch. Fantastic frame, High quality Mets, Map of outstanding wines, Very nice and efficient team.
