I was very impressed by Satterfield's customer service. When we made a reservation on Monday for my birthday, a private event was hosted so that we reserved a table in the bar area. Two weeks before my birthday, they called to tell me they had to cancel our reservation because the event wanted to borrow the entire room including the bar.
