"We have miami fusion cafe. the only care we had was when we first arrived, a table was not set up for our reservation. but they quickly moved to make it for us. everyone was super friendly and we were often checked."

"I had king Pao chicken and an egg roll all delicious! I wish the entrees came with egg roll or soup like at restaurants I've gone to in the past, but I don't hold it against them. Fantastic Chinese food and this will definitely be my go to Chinese take out in Bham!"

"This is actually one of my favorite restaurants in Birmingham. The food and service are always great. I have experienced some of the best service here, so I am shocked by some of the other reviewers who state they received bad service. I wholeheartedly disagree. The fish special is always great. Their lunch menu is really good too. It's a great place to take friends or for a business dinner. I've used it for both."

"My wife and I love this hidden gem! By hidden, I mean you really have to know where it is to find it but it sure is worth it. The beer selection is dynamic and thorough. The menu is comprehensive but we come for the burgers and fried pickles. Now, let 's not forget the fried pickles. I have had many fried pickles from around Alabama and these are by far the best! A very tasty and crunchy corn meal batter but they don 't sacrifice batter for the pickle taste. The ratio is perfect. And, the awesome white dipping sauce is killer! My favorite burger is the Jamn Gouda Burger. It is on a super soft and well-grilled/toasted bun. The meat is charred just enough on the outside edge and juicy in the middle for my medium well taste. This patty must be handmade. The shredded gouda was sprinkled on along with all the regular fixings. The bacon jam is what makes this unique burger stand out. The bacon pieces are thick and the jam is flavorful. I chose tots over the shoestring fries. An overall great experience. My only critique is for our server. She said she was new and she did a good job. However, if you don 't know about something (we asked about a specific beer my wife likes) please ask someone who may know a bit more. She just said 'I don 't know because I am new and learning '. Other than that, all of our food was out to us promptly and the refills were plentiful. I highly recommend The Ridge!"

"DUSTIN is his name and he is the rudest person I have ever dealt with. He is a disgrace to the brand the way he was talking to us. He hung up on us and told us because we have had consistent issues with our deliveries that we were the common denominator in the mix and as a result the issue was us!!!!!! Can you believe this. I have never in my life. God Bless you sir and I honestly pray that good things come to you, but stay away from customer service, NOW! It?s a joke to call such a person a manager and it honestly looks bad on the upper level guys because it says that they can?t hire competent help. Goodnight."

"So this was my first experience here and needless to say they didn't disappoint. From start to finish everything was great. We were seated fairly quickly because we were only a party of 4. Once we were seated and given our menu it only took about 5 mins before our server came to the table and got our drink orders. Our server Adam was very knowledgeable and kind. He took his time giving us good suggestions to try which we loved. Everything he is fresh cooked to order. We had a sampler with fried crab claws, gator shrimp. This was our first time trying gator and it did not disappoint. We also had shrink po boys, crawfish shrimp etaufee, shrimp Alfredo and fried soft shell crabs. If you're into true Cajun cuisine then here is where you need to be. The sdult drinks were awesome as well. We will defiantly be back soon."
