the food is of ok quality. the service is insanely bad. one comes in smiling and is greeted by a very angry face every time. (I've only been dispatched by the older gentleman in the store). the young gentleman in the shop seems insanely sweet and kind. so the stars are due to the poor service and that you do not feel welcome.
