What John M likes about China House:
After a long day of travel from the U.S. I enjoyed a late dinner here with my brother and his son, who live in Vevey. The resturant was my brothers choice. I had the Curry Poulet Rouge and rice. I enjoyed my meal, it was tasty and portions were just right. I was full and didn't need a take home container. Staff was friendly, French speaking and attentive. Meal for 3 was around $80 franks. We stopped for dinner while walking around Vevey on a Friday evening, but was surprised to see so few people in the restaurant. I would consider the food not better than average and a bit expensive for the quality. There are a few tables outside along the street and ample parking very close by.
