A great choice when the usual restaurants are still closed and you are looking for authentic local food. I suggest you ask the owner for advice., Some Italian will help. (use a translator if there is no other way). They will be happy to recommend the best combination of fresh ingredients. For the ladies, we were served a filling made from fresh zucchini and botarga, and for the men, of course, cooked prosciutto, mushrooms and cheese (mozzarella).
