I went to eat Sardinian dinner . The menu included a starter of cured meats and cheeses, ravioli and malloreddus, suckling pig with baked potatoes (to order), seadas, wine. Inedible appetizer, very salty and fatty cured meats, malloreddus from the package (I expected handmade at least), and instead of the suckling pig I received a cut with cherry tomatoes and rocket completely rare and without flavour.
