Paolo, the chef, was an amazing host, cheerful and friendly. He surprised us with a few creations of his, including a breaded sausage ball in a bed of foam and a mini stew of fish and potatoes. Both were wonderful. The Fried Bacalhau was crispy on the outside and tender on the outside, served on a bed of sauteed onions and crispy fried potatoes. It was delicious.
