"Als brunch gekozen voor een menu complet. Pas op, het is veel. Na de bonensoep een pate artisan uit de hoge pyreneen. Gevolgd door het hoofdgerecht canard. Een hele poot waarbij het vlees zo van het bot valt. Mmmmmm. Het toetje gaat zo komen.... chocolat fondant en yoghurt met fruit. Het staat vele treden boven de restaurants in Mirande en Auch. Dit is de plek om te lunchen als je een lekkere en totale maaltijd als lunch aandurft."
