Carbó Fussimanya is a restaurant located in the center of Vic, a town in the center of Catalonia. Here you can taste local products, especially local cured sausages and cheeses, which we (and my daughter) tasted. also we shared cured ham croquettes and I ate a hamburger with paté as second dish.
