my partner (she is Italian, so all the talks were in Italian) ordered a custom vegan pizza. They send us a completely different pizza. it was full of things we didn't say at all. the manager refused to change the pizza and said we have to pay the fee of another pizza if we want to change it. at the end they paid us for their irresponsible behavior.
