What User doesn't like about Sonic Drive-in:
Well, I will start by saying this Sonic's service is the bottom of the barrel. We have been waiting for 40 minutes on a mobile app order. When they finally brought the food, they left off the onion rings and gravy. Whoever is managing this Sonic doesn't deserve minimum. This place is a bad joke. They put a bad taste in my mouth. Good onion rings and chickens today. Jumbo Popcorn Chicken was tiny! Little pieces of bread... Not sure there was a chicken! Chicken Tenders Much better!
It is a Sonic, was not excessively busy and was in a convenient place to stop for lunch for us. The staff was friendly and quickly received food.
Sonic is my dinner. I work many nights and don't want breakfast in the morning. Sonic never lets me down
UPDATE: February 6, 2019 Sonic, your employees at this unit have really stepped up. although I have had SEVERAL bad experiences at this particular location (two of which were last week when my boyfriend was hospitalized nearby) im not ther sort of person who can 't understand things happen. I had gone to sonic to speak with a manager regarding the most recent (2 days prior)problems, to be met with courtesy, professionalism, and a desire to 'make it right '. as I 've sworn to return only when they 'get it together ', I 'm here to tell y 'all, they got it together. Finally. my trust is tentative but I 'll be back. thank you, sonic, for doing it right this time, that earned you somethin, imo. I thought it would be lovely, considering how friendly the car hop sounded over the intercom while taking my order. it wasn 't. $16 (that 's with the buck and a quarter tip) for 2 bags of ice, an ocean water, a medium Butterfinger blast, and 2 cheese sticks (NOT 2 orders, two individual sticks of fried mozzarella). she didn 't get the ice on the order. miscommunication . the ocean water was the wrong size, the cheese sticks weren 't made to order (not cold but definitely not hot, at all) and just look at the blast........did I mention no spoon? how about hardly any Butterfinger in that blast? it 's been a year of continual, seemingly deliberate, screw ups, sonic. I 'm done.
