Customer for years, therefore even more disappointed by the thing, I take a panettone them, I ask if it is made by them and if it is crafted. The answer is yes. I buy it, 30€, to discover that it is not produced by them but by a Venetian company and therefore not even artisanal. Done present to the owner who insists that they do it!
