We stayed both for lunch and dinner, with friends or with the family...really excellent cuisine and utmost friendliness. "Found this gem in TripAdvisor as we were on our way home from the Pisa Airport and were getting close to closing time for lunch. Based on the reviews we decided to stop. For on 12€ you get a primi, secondo, cortorni, dulci del la casa, water and coffee. Only wine and beer are extra. The staff was warm and welcoming and luckily my son speaks some Italian so we were able to figure out our options. Several pastas and meat and fishes are available and two desserts. The place was packed with locals- one table had over 20 people! If you want an inexpensive, local experience, this is worth getting off the highway for!"
