Go here if you're in Victor. It's hard to find restaurants that serve Elch, let alone Elchburger. Brakeman American Grill generally makes great burgers and I was impressed how they made a lean, playful meat taste so unique and tasty. Good stuff. Was one of my favorite places to eat in Victor. Staff was friendly and place was full. Service was slow but typical for type of restaurant. Food was luke warm fries weren't hot.
