What Dayne Gerhold likes about The Distillery:
We tried their regular nachos with chili. They were the best nachos we have ever had. You know when you get nachos and they dump some stuff on top but as you get through the middle and bottom you are just eating chips. These guys layered the toppings all the way through. The two of us could not finish the plate. Highly recommend and will definitely come back the next time I am in the area. read more.

I'm a Rochester area and I even remember the first time I went to the distillery on Mt Hope, it was great. They had many TVs, good food and friendly people, so I was excited when I heard that they would open a close to me in Victor. Unfortunately, the distillery in Victor falls far behind the service and atmosphere of Mt. Hope. I think they're trying to be less of a sports bar and more of a family marble restaurant.... read more.

"The dining area was small. They can serve 16 people so reservations are essentially mandatory. Street parking is required but we didn't have any issues finding a spot.I found the service here to be first rate. They were friendly and efficient. They brought out new plates between courses. My party chose the chef's tasting at a very reasonable 65 dollars per person. The chef came out to personally present each dish and explain some of his techniques and ingredients. This was a very nice touch."
