Contribute FeedbackBoston Pizza received mixed reviews from customers. Some were disappointed with the lack of sauce on their pasta and cold dishes, while others enjoyed the jambalaya fettuccine and friendly staff. One reviewer found the pizza bland, while another was disappointed that the restaurant still offers straws. However, the Hillside location was highly praised for its exceptional service and delicious food, with one customer even traveling from out of town regularly to dine there. Overall, Boston Pizza offers a varied menu heavily influenced by Italian cuisine, with the potential for slow service during peak hours.
Attended the reserved back room for a birthday gathering. That part is excellent for a group to have some privacy for a birthday or celebration for sure. Service for the group of us was good until time to bring the food - Nowhere near all eating at the same time. Literally spread out over 25 minutes for all the group to have their meals. Not really very comfortable for us. Some of the dishes were excellent, some left folks looking for the protein part. Appreciated the space and the server was very friendly. May have been a kitchen issue.
Great service! Food, not so much. Cactus cuts were overdone. I got chicken parm, sand while the chicken was good, the marinara was sadly lacking. Won't be back for a while.
This location has relatively fast service during the afternoon hours. I ordered the BP’S Twist Bread, since they brought it back for a limited time. It was tasty and served warm with Meat Sauce. They should leave this on as a permanent feature on the...menu. Service was friendly and efficient.
Convenient location in a plaza type mall, so lots of free parking. Staff are courteous and friendly. Varied menu heavily influenced by Italian and of course pizza, which is very tasty. Wine spirits or beer as well. Can get busy during dinner hours but more...room after
Sunday at about their opening time, doors still locked. Waited briefly for staff to unlock. Obviously the only people in the place and very obvious no one has vacuumed in several days. Lets not forget the dirty Q-tip that greeted us in...the lobby. Carpets were just filthy under what could have been vacuumed up as well. Just screamed that no one cares. Ugh. Server was pleasant enough, of meals were just ok. One was not good at all. While we were waiting for our food and visiting couples) a SILVER FISH FELL from the ceiling somewhere right on our table. Why on earth we stayed I don't know, except that we had already tried to attend the other Boston Pizza at opening time of and no one ever unlocked the doors so we ended up down the road at this one. Two strikes in one go for Boston Pizza Victoria a chain we have always felt was a go-to place but this outing has left us all feeling rather disgusted. YES a Silver Fish BUG. Won't be back.
