Inn At Laurel Point - Victoria

Lovely room overlooking the water. Rooms were big. No free bottled water but free tea and coffee. Rooms were not serviced daily without requesting it. There was very good conditioner in the shower. Breakfast was good although service was a bit slow. Very clean hotel. Staff were friendly and helpful. The pool was quite small. View all feedback.

The hotel, overall, is generally clean but seems to be slightly understaffed. Rooms with water view available for an additional fee. Please note that no water bottles are provided in the rooms. I was quite surprised to find out the rooms are not cleaned daily, especially given the premium pricing of this hotel (you would expect at least some extra towels in the room).
