I dine a lot at Swiss Chalet in Ontario. I Thought consistency was throughout the chain. Two of us had 1/3 ribs and wings. The third had chicken and fries. While the ribs seemed tender on first cut they were so chewy I couldn't eat them. Wings were mild but sauce seemed watered down and bland. Baked potato came with sour cream and onions.
