In a word, weird. Good food, nice decor, but weird, unclear, and bizarre experience. Example: the server explained to that the chef would cook for us, but not do the show. Alright? Gave us a cocktail menu but never brought the cocktails we ordered (credited our bill for it at least). Numerous other service issues for other guests that we saw around the restaurant. Excellent Japanese cuisine and serves Sake alcohol. Located next to the pond at H resort. Call for reservation
Great Japanese restaurant. The food was very good and the service was very friendly.
Some of the best sushi we've had for a very long time. We noted the previous reviews, occasionally not stellar, but it seems that the resort has read them too, as everything about this meal was first class. The sake was excellent (doesn't need heated in 30 degrees) while the sashimi was tasty. There are many options and all we tried, including the restaurant eponymous dish, were great. We'd recommend this restaurant to those residing in the Story Resort.
