Two meat plate with 2 sides was $22. Glass of tap water was $1. Meat was OK, portions seemed small for the price (1 rib, 2 thin slices of brisket). At that price charging for tap water insured I will not return. View all feedback.

"Excellent as usual. Went to Noot's with my wife for lunch and food was spot on as usual. Having lived in Thailand my palate is somewhat picky and I am always pleased with the food prep and presentation at Noots. The owners are very nice and go out of their way to make your dining experience pleasurable and make you want to come back for more. This time the owner even shared her Nam (a Thai sausage) with me and I was so grateful as I haven't been able to eat Nam in many years. We are very lucky to have such an outstanding Thai restaurant in Victoria."
