Watered down lemonade so I got it exchanged for a Sprite only to have an unknown piece of matter floating in my drink. I ordered bacon on my sandwich.....NO bacon. If I could post pictures I would View all feedback.

"I have always ranked Arby's up there with Chick-fil-A when it comes to customer service and food quality. I stand by my comments. The only thing that I can say negatively is that not everyone's customer service skills are as good as others. Arby's needs to pinpoint those who need to work on their customer service and work on that with them. Food is always hot and delicious. Prices are slightly more than other places but well worth the extra money."
