"Melkens Seafood Restaurant is obviously the crowd's favorite restaurant in Brgy. Balaring based on what we have noticed last Saturday night. This was the only restaurant with plenty of guests. The place is big and beautifully designed and it can accomodate big group of diners. We had Sinigang na Gengaw, Kinilaw na Tangigue, Sizzling Boneless Bangus, Buttered Shrimp and Pork Sisig with Egg. Every dish we ordered was really good. The seafoods were so fresh. My Favorite is Sizzling Boneless Bangus. Don't miss this! The staff were really accomodating and entertaining. Our server was Mel and he was really good in doing his job. Overall, it was a great experience. Will definitely revisit!"

"Big Serving, Delicious Food! Went here for a very late lunch and there were still a lot of people eating. Not as many people as Melkens but still a lot of people. We ordered fish sinigang, grilled blue marling, sizzling squid, sizzling shrimp, sizzling sisig, squid rings, tempura, fish fillet, grilled pork and fried bangus. I tried it all and everything tasted delicious!"

"This place is magical. It's like the little bali of Negros- trees were not cut, the architectural design adjusts to nature. The entrance was like on the wrong turn because of the trees but, after the parking lot, it starts to morph into temple run game visuals with a little bit of bali vibes. We weren't able to buy some food because our main intention was to look for a place to wed my best friend.. The staffs were very accommodating and jolly and privacy is definitely valued here."

"The best place to celebrate in Silay City! The food is very delicious. Only the fight is the parking lot, as more people come to experience their good food parking can be solved even though! Overall, it is a recommended place to dive!"

"The place is snug and has greens which is quite comforting given that the place isn't that wide. There's a lot to choose from and a good place for talks since it isn't rowdy and has this peaceful coffeeshop vibe.Their mango shake is legit mango, their nacho servings is good for 3 to 4 people, the chicken sandwich was satisfactory, though the white pasta needs a bit of oomph.Customer service is great (the people are friendly and honest sibling accidentally left his phone) and they offer take outs."
