I was in need of a quick lunch and Thai Express was the perfect spot. They offer a variety of interesting dishes, all made fresh right in front of you. I opted for the Tom Yum bowl with chicken ($8.28) and added some coconut milk ($1.25) for an extra kick. Over 20 years ago, the options for a quick and easy lunch were limited to Mcdonalds, KFC, Burger King, and other fast food restaurants.
