Worst service ever! Inappropriate music playing so loud you can’t even hear yourself! And to top it off they got my order wrong

They close at 9 pm on Friday. I’m here in the parking lot and everything is off the people inside said they were closed PLS UPDATE TIME ON GOOGLE I DROVE A BIT JUST TO HAVE TO DRIVE ALL THE BACK. Waist of time and gas

I didn't know Juice it up closed at 8:50PM and not 9:00PM. unfortunate SMH! should update your hours on Google. Another suggestion would be to fix your phones . seems like anytime I call no one ever answers. I can buy you a phone if you like? which kind would you like for your business? do you what a land line or a wireless cell phone? Please let me know which one you would like and I can have it for you by tomorrow morning BEFORE you close at 8:50 PM.

Worst customer service I ever received, they hire all these young kids with no customer service experience. Sad. I placed a order online to drive all the way to this store for them to tell me that they cannot make any of the 3 drinks I order due to the juicer . Ummmmm. I asked them why couldn't yall have called me to say that. So all 3 people say oh you right didn't think of that. Now I ask about my refund the African American kid with high hair, says to me I need to go call the manager for the refund. Ok I wait. He comes back and states the Manger Denise will be coming in, in the morning. Ok no problem can I get your name, he proceeds to say I can't give you my name. I asked him why, I just want to reference me talking to you for my refund. He says we don't have to give you our name. Ok no worries, I stated to him that's dumb it's not like iam making a complaint he turns around and walks away like I wasn't talking to him. I definitely recommend management speak to there associates very unprofessional for no damn reason . Oh wait I want my $36 back for 3 drinks I drove all the way to get for them to say they can't make them .

Reading the reviews before walking into the establishment i was hesitant on coming in, but Kimberly made my first time easy. I asked her what was similar to Jamba Juice since I’m from LA and moved up and she was very helpful. Would be coming back again for the greens. Such a good drink and a great price for fresh ingredients.
