Pizza was great, but it took almost an hour until my two pizzas were ready for pickup. The manager was completely useless and only offered to restart the order...

Waiting way too long and no gloves or hair nets and pizza was ready for a while and did not even say my order was ready, I had asked them to clean up the upload...

Have ordered pizzas with extra cheese and I get normal pizza. Hopefully this problem can soon be solved so that we get what we order.

"Family and I had a delicious lunch. We expected lunch portions and we were blown away by the amount of food we got! Our waitress was quick and friendly. The restaurant was inviting and restrooms were clean. $5 glasses of house wine to top it off! Can't waitto get some more lunch from Frankie's soon!"

"I ordered through Doordash and I was disappointed. The gumbo portion size was extremely small for $10. We’ve dined in before and the portion size of the gumbo was much larger, not sure why a to-go order would be different. The rice was uncooked and so hard. My boyfriend ate it but it was inedible to me. The pistolettes were good but I’d say they’re overpriced as well."

"They are super slow in their drive-thru in the mornings. With only 6 cars, you'll still be in line 15 mins. To top it off, their curbside is ALWAYS unavailable to use, to try to bypass the line. They will literally have you late for work, if you weren't. Then when you finally get to the window, the customer service not even worth it. I hate that it's the only CFA in proximity"
