My husband ordered prawn tempura, but was given herbal tempura. When we told the waitress, she just scrubbed her shoulders and left. No excuse no offer to change it. We were withdrawn from the whole episode. There was no smile from her absolutely no service training for a restaurant that is supposed to be highly rated. It's a shame that we went back for dinner, but the service has dropped us off. An attitude of people can make an experience or break."
