There seems to have been a disconnect between Open Table and the restaurant. We had to wait about mins to be seated

Seating was fine for social distancing at the tables. We were seated at a high top bar table and it was slightly uncomfortable to have another table so close had some anxiety over that. It was also extremely crowded in the waiting area and did not make for appropriate social distancing at all. Not sure I’ll go back until the pandemic is over. They really need to work on the waiting area and takes area before I’m ready to revisit

Seating for reservation time was delayed minutes which negates whole objective of confirmed reservation time for minimizing waiting area COVID contact. Very poor COVID protocols in place, large collection of people waiting for takeout and to be seated. No evidence of restaurant spending a dollar on any panels or anything between booths or bar seats like other quality restaurants do.Consider this an unnecessary COVID risk

Partner has a shellfish allergy. She ordered the Chang’s spicy chicken and the new recipe has oyster sauce in it and here we are four days later and she’s still dealing with side effects. The menu does not state any where that there is shellfish in it all which is highly disappointing. Remi was the absolute best server we could ever ask for. Still Remi made the difference

Even though we arrived a little earlier than our reservation time, we were seated quickly. The staff were very attentive and gave us plenty of time to decide and order. The ambiance was perfect and we had a great time
