Yama is always excellent. Fish is very fresh and very well prepared. If you want to try something different order the Rainbow (Gemüse) or Yakitori (Hühner) Donburi or ask it with beef. The beef version is one of my favorites in Korea it is known as Dolsot Bibimbap.
