Not nice when you are being invoiced for something that you have not consumed or a higher priced beverage is charged on your invoice rather than the one you actually had. Not nice when they treat you stupid and explain on how correct they were...and smile in your face. Okay, a few more euros are gone from pocket, but a lesseon more.
