Edit: During a 2nd visit (Oct '23) they told me they can veganize curries. Confusing, but maybe worth chdcking out. I went here in June and when I asked which dishes can be veganized (the menu did not show vegan options, just allergens and they all had fish sauce etc. in them), they gave me limited options (and the curries weren 't part of them, which is unfortunate).
