Pub Klemo - Vienna

Me and boyfriend recently stayed at the holiday inn, in Vienna. On our first night we strolled across this little gem of a wine bar just one minute down the road .. and we returned every night without fail .. I think that says A lot in itself! The wine was beautiful, there was a large selection all reasonably priced, so there is lots to try. The atmosphere inside the bar was lovely, very cosy and intimate. We didn't try the food, but we saw it being freshly prepared every night and it smelt beautiful! On the last night I decided to try a dessert the creme brûlée.. I wish I had tried this sooner as I would have had one every night, it was absolutely divine! Just one more thing ... The bar tender/ chef/ waiter is all one person and he is a really nice guy, whom is very attentive and answers all questions you may have.

Came here not far from centre with a local whos regular place it is when he heard that I am a bit of a wine lover. Came for a late night drink so can't vouch for the food except a very good plate of cold meats we tried a number of interesting small l Austrian producers including some natural wines which were all top quality . Large selection by the glass our bill ranged from €2,90 to €5,20 per 1/16th so certainly something for everyone.

Ich liebe die wöchentlichen Verkostungsflights! Ich komme leider viel zu selten hierher, aber ich habe es mir fest vorgenommen. Großartig!

One of the (if not the widest selection of excellent international variety of wines make this place the perfect location for a tasting evening with friends. The outstanding knowledge of all the staff always leads to great conversations and one gets the feeling of almost being respected as a wine expert : For me personally it is my home away from home, and what I love the most is: Places offering wines as great as these are usually rather posh and not homely. This one is plain, simple, and friendly. A place definitely not to be missed if you ever visit Vienna!

Unsere Lieblingsweinbar mit unseren Lieblingsleuten ist leider zu weit weg von uns in Rust, aber wir kommen immer gerne und immer wieder!
