This review has nothing to with the food, and everything to do with the service. I have been here twice, and each time I was RIPPED OFF. Over-charging on the bill seems to be a common problem - after my first visit, I gave Santo's the benefit of the doubt and thought that the overcharge was just an accident (after all, we were a party of 9).
