What Christophe g doesn't like about Paul Vienne:
Personally ill-organized. 4 at the service that look overflowed while there are 3 customers. Ordering a menu at 9€, too expensive as to quality. I had to ask to warm the pizza, by eating on the spot, the least thing would have been to do before I went to the crate without asking. The in-room tables are not cleaned after customers leave.
