What User likes about Rays Capitol Grille:
A fantastic restaurant and a bar with magnificent views over the Mekong, with Thailand on the other side. Open for breakfast, lunch and dinner, the food is very expensive and the service is friendly and helpful. Only a nice place to visit By elevator accessible. View all feedback.

Went there after reading so many good reviews here. Food is very good and the people here are very friendly. They helped us with orders in spite of us not knowing the local language (and they did not know English very well). The menu had the prices in US but at the time of payment, they insisted that payment to be made in Lao kips. Conversion rate for Lao Kip to US was very favourable to the restaurant. I feel we end...
