Le Capella - Vignieu

I had lunch yesterday Sunday, with my daughter and grandson, at the castle's capella restaurant, a vignieu. we chose the signature menu at 109 euros. the reception is perfect; the site as well as the interior are beautiful. dishes are very refined and excellent with a very beautiful presentation; a lot of originality with exceptional dishes and flavors. It was a great discovery. Bravo to the whole team and especially to the leader, who makes the round tables, with a nice smile. I simply deplore the fact that I paid 3 bottles of flat water, 9 euros (it was not mineral water) and above all, having ordered 2 cups of champagne in aperitif with my grandson and when I asked for a second cup for me, the waiter told me that it was offered to me... or I paid it 19 euros on my ticket. I regret having left 10 euros to the cashier for the service and for the cut we offer. damage.

A birthday at the top. an excellent restaurant. One day. reception and pleasant service. the dishes are excellent, and the varied choice. possibility to make a change if a dish does not like or if food allergies. just to know that a menu must be identical to the whole table. the frame is sumptuous, in the horn hat castle. a strong recommendation for a very good time with family, friends or lovers.

The best restaurant in the village if you come to take a ride in this beautiful village. the capela is a must.! with an excellent staff who can take care of these guests. Unlike some of the vignieu tables, I don't quote here who will deliver you and sell you at high price! the castle of vignieu is an essential reference of a mountain. continue to hope for hunger soon.

After a somewhat chaotic welcome apparently not finding our reservation spent on the internet a month before having received the confirmation of it by phone, the atmosphere was then relaxed to leave room for a professional and friendly team, especially from a very high level of competence of its sommelier, we were able to discover and taste a meal of finesse, flavors and inventivities worthy of the greatest. a great bravo to his leader and his team

Very good restaurant has an affordable price for this quality. dishes are refined, full of flavours and textures. staff are friendly and in small care. The frame is great. the meta/vins agreement with a very good complementarity.
