"I must say that starting my long weekend of relaxation, in such a magical place, surrounded by 360° of the Dolomites, having an amazing SPA and such a spectacular beer in a few meters, is a great holiday start! It is immediately understood to have to deal with a quality room when you enter and perceive the warmth and flavors of the typical cuisine of Cadore and Belluno. Beer is delicious, an unfiltered hacker Pschorr memorable, service is courteous and friendly and food is the end of the world! I had the chance to taste the typical pastin and the cheese on the plate, with contours of beans to the bird and cooked cappucci. Everything really spectacular! There's not much more to add... if you're passing through or stopping at Borca di Cadore, a stop at Bauce is really necessary!"

"Unforgetable! Fabrizia created a Vegan food menu only for me! Roberto found the complimentary wines! The atmosphere was wonderful and the evening was the highlight of my 3 weeks vacation. Thanks to Fabrizia I was finally able to eat something else than Pasta with Tomatosauce or grilled vegetables. Any special food required, call in 24hrs before hand and you will get what your tummy asks for. Also the standard menu looked great, the choice of wine is unlimited, over 800 different wines at your choice. Highly recommended, don't miss it when you are in the area!"

"My wife and I stayed at this rifugio on Monday, September 20th, 2022 for one evening. We stayed in a room with another couple from Montana. We got along very well with our room mates and dinner was also enjoyable with them as well as another couple from Vancouver B.C. We parked our car at Rifugio Auronzo and then hiked to Cadini Di Misurina and then to Rifugio Locatelli. Total time was about 3 hours. The scenery around this hut is amazing. Our meal was very good and the service was fast. Be prepared to bring an indoor pair of shoes so that you are not walking around the hut indoors with your hiking shoes/boots. Our beds were comfortable and clean and everyone in the hut seemed to respect the roughly 10:00pm lights out policy since it was quiet. Breakfast is what you would expect for this part of the world (bread, sliced meat, cheese etc. and it was fine. I would not hesitate to return to this hut if in the Dolomites again some day."
