Rafa is extremely knowledgeable, friendly, hilarious, and is happy to answer any questions you have. "We were Blind-sided when we arrived and we’re told that we did not chose the Blind Emotion menu, which is in fact what we booked a month in advance. Apparently, the Fork website doesn’t allow specification of the experience you are looking for. Upon arrival we were seated in their GastroBar. Only one other couple was being served at that time. We asked if they would allow us to have the Emotion menu nonetheless but they said that would not be possible as they needed 24h notice. They then told us that this has happened many times and they have complained to Fork but nothing could be done. How about just changing the restaurant description to include the issue and recommended that patrons call to specify what they are looking for. The menu was uninspired, but I need to admit that the food was tasty. The drinks too lacked any aspect of craft cocktails. Only the basics were available and even they were either saccharine sweet or flavorless. The experience was not special, the atmosphere sedate and forgettable. It would appear that the ownership is Blind to what today’s restaurant goers are seeking in a culinary experience."
