Dinner was nice and well prepared. Especially the paté at the beginning and the slow-cooked trout, both very smooth and well balanced.The remaining courses were a bit underwhelming for a restaurant of this reputation. The wine pairings left a bit to be desired. Just not very exciting and limited. "We had a great time on this tour. We were picked up and at the clubhouse of the golf course with a huge happy hour spread waiting for us. After some champagne, an old Range Rover brought us this snow-covered path where the snowmobiles are. From there we drove to the Refugio, which was beautiful with friendly staff serving the most delicious fondue, cheese and chocolate. We spent a few hours there enjoying the food and the view and wine and then took the snowmobile back and were taken home. It was an incredible evening!"
