"Creo que de los lugares que fui este es de los mejorcitos. La Tromba maneja buena materia prima pero la elaboración no es la ideal. Cuando un pide ostiones gratinados son gratinados no con queso derretido encima. Cuando pides chupin de pescado es con una salsa interesante y potente no con un caldo rosado. No obstante esto el pescado y los mariscos estaban muy bien.Se lo ve un lugar de habitúes. Mucha gente amiga y conocidos entre ellos.El servicio flojo. Los camareros, si bien uno de ellos un poco mas simpático, son muy urgidos y poco atentos.El mas simpático me ofreció un nuevo vino que les había llegado. Un Cabernet Franc Merlot 2016, excelente!!!En fin...no la van a pasar mal con la comida."
