"We had reservations on Monday July 23rd.arrived at restaurant at appointed time and the notice on the door said they were open Tuesday Sunday. Why would they take a reservation if they knew they were not open on Mondays. Needles to say we were disappointed but drove into Ballston Spa and and found Henry's which was great food and ambience"

"First time, and I gotta say it is amazing! I looked at many reviews for this place, dont be fooled by someone saying something negative. I'd give this place 10 stars if I could. My family and I loved this place and we will most certainly be going back again. Our waiter was nice, extremely quick, and very focused."

"An excellent place for crepes both savory and sweet, plus fresh roasted coffee. They have an amazing variety of choices and the crepes come packed in fat triangles of tasty goodness. The interior is decorated with an eclectic mix of wood and tin accented with all manner of brick-a-brak. Seating is limited with 6 seats at the bar, 2 by the window, 2 high tops for two and one table for four. It's a true small business catering to locals."

"Hello, My husband and I went to your bagel shop today with a friend visiting from out of state. We asked your employee for a veggie sandwich with capers. Your employee said ?so a lox supreme but veggie? and I repeated it after that and said yes but without the lox. I ordered another sandwich a lox supreme normal. We had a friend with us and English is their second language and he was taking a little bit longer to review the menu because he was new to West end bagel. Your employee was extremely rude and impatient waiting for our friend to order. When people are speaking to each other in a language other than English then speaking to you in English this should not be a reason to get frustrated, this is a time to approach with patience and understanding. There was only two people behind us and another employee was helping them. I didn?t understand the rush. After we got our order the employee had made two lox supreme sandwich. I know that lox is salmon and that?s why I told them no lox on one of the sandwiches. I know there was a miscommunication but my husband is a lifelong vegetarian and we have never had a problem ordering a bagel sandwich this way before. Your employee went on to blame us for the error and even said there is no Veggie sandwich in your store even though it is clearly written on your board and they were incredibly rude. Sadly, we will not be returning to your restaurant because of the discomfort we felt today."

"Lucas gave us incredible service, best i?ve seen! Served us with a smile, cut the extra crispy edges off my pizza! Worked hard and efficiently to give us the BEST BLAZE EXPERIENCE EVERRR. The only con was i couldn?t give him a 6 star review. Give this man a raise!!!"
