The Hoot Owl provided many enjoyable happy hours back while attended SUNY Canton. Paid them a visit last year, unfortunately when I went they were closed, too early in the day. It was an old railroad station which is where the name comes from. This place is definitely worth a look and at least a few drinks View all feedback.
You had better go here and tell me if it's OK because I didn't have time. And that sucks because it has a cool name.
