For two decades I'd have labeled this place the best casual breakfast in town.However bringing my partner here for the first time after me having not been there in almost 2 years may have been my last.The food was great, as it always is. Decent food at sensible prices. The servers are fun, too. Wheelchair accessibility: Ramp to the entrance door.
So I was on Warren street in downtown Hudson and googled the best pancakes and ended up finding Lindsay’s the food was definitely worth the drive but the service was incredible! The waitress was so happy, kind, and attentive. Not to mention the prices are great, so you can sample a few different options and not break the bank! This place is GEM! Thank you Athena for a wonderful experience!
